Modular Belt Conveyors

Heavy-duty, low-profile modular belt conveyors engineered to combine high load capacity with high-speed performance. Designed to support complex automation layouts with straight sections, Z-frame configurations, and up to 4 curves using a single continuous belt.

Maintenance-Free Belt Tracking Features a patented sprocket alignment key and fully contained UHMW guiding to ensure perfect belt tracking with worry-free maintenance.
Optimized for Tight Spaces & Small Parts An optional flush tail design locates bearings inside the frame to fit into narrow spaces, while optional integrated power transfers guarantee seamless small part handling.
Robust Frame & Flexible Mounting Equipped with dual T-slots or patented Smart Slots® for quick accessory mounting. The inboard frame connection joint adds rigidity while keeping the outer slots fully accessible.
Heavy-Duty Corner Modules A highly flexible belt retention system allows either tab or bearing retention methods for up to 4 corner modules on curved configurations.

True Timing Belt Technology
Features high-load capacity urethane belting reinforced with Kevlar cords. The positively driven belt prevents slippage, ensures high mechanical accuracy, and maintains full capacity even when pushing.
Positive Tracking & Single-Belt Design
A reverse V-guide and precision side guides ensure worry-free, positive belt tracking along the entire length. All widths feature a single continuous belt for maximum mounting flexibility.
High-Accuracy Servo Indexing
Available with an optional premium servo motor package providing an outstanding index repeatability of ± 0.5 mm (± 0.02″) and rated for up to 100 indexes per minute.
Easy Accessory Mounting
