The project includes an automatic line for filling, inspection, and packaging of automotive filters, designed for high productivity and flexibility.

The operator’s task is limited to loading empty filter inserts, which are automatically placed into the machine using a vacuum system. This is followed by a rotary filling process, adaptable to various automotive filter types.

After filling, the system performs machine vision inspection, followed by automatic box closing. Defective or incomplete products are automatically rejected from the process.

The line supports up to one hour of autonomous operation, enabled by an integrated buffer for empty boxes. The machine cycle time is 2.4 seconds, and the system supports more than 250 different product variants.

Product changeover is fast and simple, requiring only adjustment of the upper and lower nests, with the option of automatic changeover via push-button control and software-managed recipes.
